[PDB-announce] version 1.9.14 released

Version 1.9.14 has been pushed to beta.peeringdb.com

NOTE, regarding WRITE OPS

We are currently still syncing legacy peeringDB data one-direction, so 
for now any updates you do this way will be contained to beta and 
temporary and overwritten after some time.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

* implemented write operations on REST API - DELETE, POST and PUT should 
now be all functional on all endpoints. (a1f77dc)

* update functionality is now also available through the web ui, this is 
a work in progress - for now you should be able to edit your existing 
exchange, network and facility data. (deb56e49)

* web ui listings have been revamped, they are now sortable and 
filterable (bbc090ef)

* #8 implemented REST API Querying (01fe992) - refer to API 
documentation for instructions

* landing-page has been streamlined and the searchbox moved into the 
header permanently.
