WEB UI

   * old view.php?asn= links finally redirect correctly, thanks Lee 
Valentine for the nginx help
   * quick search: network results will now also show the network's ASN
   * /profile: added form to change password
   * /ix: when adding a LAN, name is now optional
   * /org: when adding a facility the fields "CLLI Code", "NPA-NXX" and 
"State" have been made optional
   * /org: user affiliation requests will now show the username as well
   * /org: when getting notified of an affiliation request the link in 
the email should take you directly to the place where you may deny or 
approve the request
   * /net: when adding/editing exchange points allow setting of ASN
   * /net: fix issue where speed would not be formatted on freshly added 
exchange rows
