[PDB Announce] PeeringDB 2.7.2 release at 2018-01-18T2325Z

We have deployed bug-fix patch 2.7.2 to address an issue with certain 
query filters on the /api/netixlan and /api/netfac endpoints.

These filters, when set, would cause an empty result set to be returned.
