[PDB Announce] PeeringDB 2.36.0 beta release completed on 2022-04-13T1600Z

We deployed the current beta site on 13 April 2022. Please help us verify
that the upgrade went well by testing https://beta.peeringdb.com. Please
review the changes and test against the beta site to prepare for a
production roll out.

This release includes standardization for state and province names. Country
names have already been standardized. It also includes peeringdb-py support
for API keys.

We intend to release to production on 20 April 2022.

We will also release the language packs that have reached maturity since
our last release.
