[PDB Announce] PeeringDB 2.46.0 beta release completed on 2023-04-12T1800Z

We deployed the current beta site on 12 April 2023. Please help us verify
that the upgrade went well by testing https://beta.peeringdb.com. Please
review the changes and test against the beta site to prepare for a
production roll out.

Facilities that are part of a campus now have a field describing the campus
they belong to in the facility object.

We also added the ability to link to a variety of social media accounts
from your PeeringDB page.

We intend to release to production on 19 April 2023.

We will also release the language packs that have reached maturity since
our last release.
