[PDB Announce] PeeringDB web UI changes reverted

Dear PeeringDB Users,

We have removed the recent web UI changes from production.

The next steps of our web UI modernization will be deployed in parallel to
preview.peeringdb.com. We will announce this widely and use your feedback
to refine the design so it best fits our users' needs.

We'll be communicating plans for this soon.
