[PDB-gov] PeeringDB 2.0 Release (fwd)

Forwarding in case anyone missed Stefan's pdb-announce message regarding 
the launch of PeeringDB 2.0.

Congratulations to the team at 20C on a successful launch!

And much appreciation to Richard A Turkbergen (née Steenbergen) for 
creating PeeringDB.  His 1.0 code and its derivatives ran for almost 12 
years.

We are happy to announce the roll-out of PeeringDB 2.0, the new site is now up
and running at https://www.peeringdb.com

Please note that as of this point the mysql exports will no longer be refreshed
as they have been replaced by the new shiny RESTful API located at
https://www.peeringdb.com/api

The final version 1 SQL export has been preserved at
https://www.peeringdb.com/v1/final_export.sql

* entities that are currently under organizations without owners will now
display a "Request Ownership" button that will allow you to request ownership of
an organization.

* /asn endpoint has been removed, use /net?asn=123 instead
