At the end of 2017, there were outstanding purchase orders for "Software 
Development" totaling about $29k.  About $6.9k of that is for a code 
security audit in advance of open sourcing the platform, and the rest is 
for contracted development driven by the Product Committee.

The formal IRS Form 990/990-EZ will be filed in May.  Past reports and
filings are up at:
