[PDB Tech] PeeringDB Account Verification

Hello,

My name is Noelle Kenny with Inflect. I'm hoping to create a verified
account with PeeringDB in order to gain access to the API. I don't have an
organization in PeeringDB to affiliate with, which may be why I'm unable to
be verified. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
