[PDB Data Ownership-TF] Data Ownership Task Force Meeting#6

There were unfortunately only 4 responses to the Doodle. 
I am hoping there will be more participation to the meeting on the day it is scheduled, which is Jan 23 THU 17:00 - 18:00 CET. 

If you are finding meeting attendance difficult for any reason, please let me know and we can look for a solution. 

In the meanwhile, pls note the latest discussions and actions for follow-ups from the last meeting below. 

Hope to talk to you on Thursday. Meeting invites are sent and agenda will follow later.

> Discussion took place on the Overarching Principles section again. The text you see on the current document are just notes and referrals. The wording will be improved based on them. 
> Lengthy discussion took place on description of an IX. Eventually group decided that a description should be avoided, or a referral to the IXDB definition should be made. 
> In light of information received from Stefan Funke in regards to Admin Committee Practices, TF further discussed Virtual networks, IXPs and issues for Facilities again. Main discussion point during this meeting was having disputes and especially how Facilities may be dealing with that and accordingly how PeeringDB could deal with these situations.
