Just reading over the threads and have to agree, this recommendation to the board is the best way for the TF to handle the matter of changing the AC.

  - This Task Force recommends that the Admin Committee charter be amended 
    to include a dispute resolution procedure which includes a process for 
    appeal to the Board of Directors.
