[PDB Data Ownership-TF] Meeting #9 Follow-up

We just had our (hopefully last) meeting. It was short but productive.

Discussion on the latest draft
Job noted he is happy with the latest draft from Chris sent on 25 March 
(https://www.caputo.com/dotf/0.20200325.1-WM-CC-DB-AN-TS-BS-PG.txt)

and he does not need his shorter version (“Decisions of the Admin Committee may be appealed to the PeeringDB  Board of Directors.”) to replace the current text. 
Stefan confirmed his consent too - he previously sent a mail to the mailing list about 30 mins before the meeting but that should not be taken as an objection to the current draft above. 

Are we ready for a Last Call?

Next steps
Following plan received support from meeting participants.:
Make a call for a Last Call (1 week)
If no objections received by the end of Last Call:
Inform PeeringDB Board
Publish Draft on PeeringDB Webpage
Announce the policy in various mailing lists
If objections received during Last Call, we will evaluate on mailing list and also make a call for Doodle for another meeting.
