Version 1.9.12 has been pushed to beta.peeringdb.com

* #20 Fix API field name inconsistencies, Separate v4 and v6 prefixes

* #21 PoC data can now be accessed off the /net, /api/net and /api/poc 
endpoints - this will only be available to authenticated users. (1e416ed)
* #24 Fixed IXLan missing ID attributes (a1e182f)
* #28 Fixed login link beneath search on landing page (98cefd3)
* #31 Fixed notes field no longer showing line breaks (07847ce)
* #32 Fixed issue where supported protocols were not showing up 
correctly for networks (44799d4)
* #33 Humanize Speeds (b52ee7b)
