[PDB-announce] PeeringDB 2.0.9 Update

After discovering local sync still had intermittent issues, we decided
to push the API status fix immediately after testing. The root cause
was that newly created but admin denied objects were recently allowed
to be hard deleted by the Admin Committee which then lead to local
objects that didn't exist server side.

Any database populated before 2.0.9 via `peeringdb sync` will be
affected by this issue and will need to be deleted and resynchronized.
Please email support at peeringdb.com if you'd like assistance. We hope
this will completely fix local sync and will continue to monitor
closely.
