[PDB Announce] beta.peeringdb.com changing

We are decommissioning the current http(s)://beta.peeringdb.com redirect to
the live site to prepare for making that the new quality assurance /
pre-release domain. Judging from logs, no one is currently using it and
all client side software by us has long been changed to use www. If
anyone has any problems or concerns, please let us know at
support at peeringdb.com.
