[PDB Announce] PeeringDB 2.2.0 release at 2017-07-05T0400Z

On Wednesday, July 7th at 0400Z, the current beta site will be
tagged as 2.2.0 and deployed unless any critical issues are found.
Please review the changes and test against beta as necessary to prepare
for the production roll out.
