[PDB Announce] PeeringDB 2.57.0 beta release completed on 2024-04-17T0100Z

Hi,

We deployed the current beta site on 17 April 2024. Please help us verify
that the upgrade went well by testing https://beta.peeringdb.com. Please
review the changes and test against the beta site to prepare for a
production roll out.

This release introduces several exciting improvements:

- We have introduced permissions for Carrier objects
- A Technical POC is now required when enabling "Allow IXP Update"
- We have improved the .KMZ export with better displaying metadata
- We have made several improvements to search

It also includes Arturo Baldo's first volunteer contribution. Thank you,
Arturo!

We have also made some behind the scenes improvements.

We intend to release to production on 24 April 2024.

We will also release the language packs that have reached maturity since
our last release.
