[PDB Announce] PeeringDB 2.69.0 beta release completed on 2025-06-18T1800Z

Hi,

We deployed the current beta site on 18 June 2025. Please help us verify
that the upgrade went well by testing https://beta.peeringdb.com. Please
review the changes and test against the beta site to prepare for a
production roll out.

This update gets us ready to enforce the MFA mandate on 1 July. All users
will need to use an MFA method or API KLeys when authenticating from that
date.

It is also now possible to add facilities directly from the facilities page.

We intend to release to production on 25 June 2025.

We will also release the language packs that have reached maturity since
our last release.
