[PDB Announce] PeeringDB 2.66.0 beta release completed on 2025-03-12T0100Z

Hi,

We deployed the current beta site on 12 March 2025. Please help us verify
that the upgrade went well by testing https://beta.peeringdb.com. Please
review the changes and test against the beta site to prepare for a
production roll out.

This fix includes some improvements to data quality:

   - Place name normalization is continuously enforced
   - Users can now hide exchanges without an associated facility from
   search results by selecting a profile setting
   - Web users can click to get the API query for any web search

And networks can now indicate that they do not share their prefix count.

We intend to release to production on 19 March 2025.

We will also release the language packs that have reached maturity since
our last release.
