[PDB Announce] PeeringDB 2.76.0 beta release completed on 2026-02-18T0000Z

Hi,

We deployed the current beta site on 18 February 2026. Please help us
verify that the upgrade went well by testing https://beta.peeringdb.com.
Please review the changes and test against the beta site to prepare for a
production roll out.

This release includes improvements to rate limiting that should improve
service availability.

It also includes improvements to login workflow and other webUI
improvements.

We also fixed several bugs, including for peeringdb-py.

We intend to release to production on 25 February 2026.

We will also release the language packs that have reached maturity since
our last release.
