Just a quick note to say that the count of votes suppressed due to the 
affiliate clause is now 1.  The single case is due to a parent company 
having control of two subsidiaries.

For the now restored vote, it turned out that the common control language 
did not apply, because common control did not actually exist.  (I received 
clarification from the lawyer as to the meaning of "control" in the legal 
sense.)
