[PDB Gov] May 6th, 2025 Draft Board Meeting Minutes

The May 6th, 2025 draft Board meeting minutes are now available:

Officers were elected as follows:

 - Aaron Hughes, President, 2015-2023, 2025-
 - Livio Morina, Vice President, 2025-
 - Shawna Bong, Secretary/Treasurer, 2024-

With the above changes Christopher Malayter has moved on from being
President. Aaron Hughes has shifted from being Vice President to President
and Livio Morina has become Vice President.

A note of thanks to Christopher Malayter for serving 2 years as President
and 4 years on the Board, and also a thank you to Rahul Makhija for serving
2 years on the Board.
