[PDB-tech] How to get all networks with presence on an IX

Ugh, I should mentioned that I also looked into /netix

Like so:
https://beta.peeringdb.com/api/netix?ixlan_id=128

However, it doesn't seem to honour the ?ixlan_id bit and instead returns 
all? entries.
