[PDB Announce] PeeringDB 2.43.1 production release completed on 2023-02-10T1800Z

We deployed a point release (2.43.1) to production on 10 February 2023.

This release fixes issues with accepting or rejecting carrier facility
presence requests and automatically approves them when they are from the
same organization.

We have adjusted the release date for 2.44.0-beta. It will now be released
on 15 February 2023.
