Dear all,

Highlights of the meeting were:
Recent change on the Scope <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1su38Vko9_3-aoo_LYvKckbK6PNVTwfLgzbYQBN3bv7c/edit>'s wording is reflected now on https://docs.peeringdb.com/taskforce/dataownership/ <https://docs.peeringdb.com/taskforce/dataownership/>
Policy Document <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wVqWwmQpYu5L-2lhvLeu0VHOTWCw8dJMEOrw8Cg5DBk/edit#heading=h.mnvwhx5r2153>:
Discussion took place on the Overarching Principles section again. The text you see on the current document are just notes and referrals. The wording will be improved based on them.
Lengthy discussion took place on description of an IX. Eventually group decided that a description should be avoided, or a referral to the IXDB definition should be made.
In light of information received from Stefan Funke in regards to Admin Committee Practices, TF further discussed Virtual networks, IXPs and issues for Facilities again. Main discussion point during this meeting was having disputes and especially how Facilities may be dealing with that and accordingly how PeeringDB could deal with these situations.
Action on ALL: Listen to the recording of the meeting.
Action on ALL: Follow-up and contribute to the discussions that started with mails from Chris Caputo since 7 January. These discussions are the heart of the TF's scope and commitment.
Next meeting:
Meeting #6 will be scheduled to take place during 21-31 Jan period.
Action on Filiz: Doddle next meeting
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Kind regards
Filiz
