   * account registration activated, facebook and google auth currently 
disabled
   * exchange view: added ixlans and prefixes (#27)

API / DATA

   * /net field 'notes_public' RENAMED TO 'notes'
   * /net can now be queried  by 'ix_id', 'ixlan_id', 'fac_id', 
'netfac_id', 'netix_id'
   * /ix can now be queried by 'fac_id', 'ixlan_id', 'ixfac_id'
   * /fac can now be queried by 'net_id', 'ix_id'
   * /ixlan added 'net_set' for single query and list queries with depth 
flag
   * /ixlan added 'prefix_set' for single query and list queries with 
depth flag (#27)
