[PDB Announce] PeeringDB 2.9.3 release at 2018-06-13T0400Z

On Wednesday, June 13th at 0400Z, the current beta site tagged as 2.9.3 will be pushed to production. This release only adds functionality for the PeeringDB Admin Committee and doesn’t touch any user facing functionality.
