[PDB Announce] PeeringDB 2.35.0 beta release completed on 2022-02-08T1600Z

On 8 March 2022 the current beta site was deployed. Your help in verifying
that the upgrade went well by thoroughly testing https://beta.peeringdb.com
would be greatly appreciated. Please review the changes and test against
the beta site as necessary to prepare for a production roll out.

IXPs are likely to want to test two features in this release. It is now
possible to search for IXPs based on the organization that manages them.
And IXP pages now include a small icon to show which networks claim to peer
with the Route Server.

We intend to release to production on 22 March 2022.

In addition, we will also release the language packs that have reached
maturity since our last release.
