[PDB Announce] PeeringDB Maintenance - November 4th, 2022, 0400-0700 UTC

On November 4th, 2022, from 0400 to 0700 UTC, there will be substantial 
PeeringDB production web site disruption while needed database server 
upgrades are performed.

During this maintenance period, the web site may be variously unresponsive 
or unable to complete database modifications. It is recommended that users 
not attempt any database modifications during this maintenance window, 
until after we announce the maintenance is complete on this list.

A upgrade of the beta site's database server was completed weeks ago 
without problems.

At the start and completion of the actual maintenance, an email will be 
sent to this list.

This is a rare event in the span of PeeringDB production uptime, but it 
needs to be performed. Thank you for your patience.
