[PDB Announce] PeeringDB 2.47.0 beta release completed on 2023-05-17T0400Z

Hi,

We deployed the current beta site on 17 May 2023. Please help us verify
that the upgrade went well by testing https://beta.peeringdb.com. Please
review the changes and test against the beta site to prepare for a
production roll out.

This release:

   - Introduces an improved search interface (in parallel with our existing
   search) that adds support for natural language words like 'near' and 'in'
   to help you find what you are looking for
   - Adds a permission to allow users to manage peering sessions
   - Includes several features to help admin users and deliver better user
   support


We intend to release to production on 24 May 2023.

We will also release the language packs that have reached maturity since
our last release.
