[PDB Announce] PeeringDB 2.71.0 beta release completed on 2025-08-20T0200Z

Hi,

We deployed the current beta site on 20 August 2025. Please help us verify
that the upgrade went well by testing https://beta.peeringdb.com. Please
review the changes and test against the beta site to prepare for a
production roll out.

This release focuses on dependency updates.

It includes a new translation: Lithuanian, contributed by Saulius Jeraminas.

It also includes a fix for the slow rendering of pages for organizations
with lots of objects.

We intend to release to production on 27 August 2025.

We will also release the language packs that have reached maturity since
our last release.
