[PDB Announce] PeeringDB 2.68.0 beta release completed on 2025-05-13T1800Z

Hi,

We deployed the current beta site on 13 May 2025. Please help us verify
that the upgrade went well by testing https://beta.peeringdb.com. Please
review the changes and test against the beta site to prepare for a
production roll out.

This update includes some improvements to search:


   - Phased rollout of our new webUI - initially PeeringDB volunteers, then
   a randomly selected 20% with an opt-out before the new design becomes
   standard
   - Normalization for street addresses
   - Enforced E.164 formatting for phone numbers


There are also improvements for IX-F import processing and bug fixes.

We intend to release to production on 20 May 2025.

We will also release the language packs that have reached maturity since
our last release.
