[PDB-gov] Results of Election of PeeringDB Initial Board of Directors

My logic was that since the Bylaws are silent on the issue, we should punt
the decision to the new Board. The results can be released if and when
they instruct us to do so, but releasing them now would take the decision
out of their hands.

That said, having been a candidate in similar elections in the past, I
would prefer to know the results to help me decide whether it's worth the
effort to try again.
