[PDB-gov] PeeringDB initial Board election voting until 11/30

Hi.  Just a quick note to remind organizations who want to vote to 
register using the below form.

There are 11 candidates:

Ballots have gone out to the currently 65 registered voters, 55 of which 
have voted.

More voters are welcome!  The vote is open until end-of-day November 30th 
UTC, but factor in some time needed for me to process your registration.  
The sooner the better.  If you have not registered, please fill out the 
following voter registration form and send it to secretary at peeringdb.com.

If you have registered but not yet received your ballot, please check your 
junk/spam folder for a message from secretary at peeringdb.com.  I can have 
the ballot re-emailed if needed.

If you are having trouble voting or have other questions/concerns, please 
feel free to email secretary at peeringdb.com.

Subject: PeeringDB Board Election voter registration

You are receiving this email as a subscriber to the PeeringDB pdb-gov 
Governance mailing list.

We are using a voting web site known as BigPulse to conduct the November 
15th through 30th PeeringDB Initial Board election.

Before you can get access to the ballot at BigPulse, we need to know that 
you are the sole authorized representative voter for an organization with 
an active PeeringDB account.

Further, we need to confirm that your organization is not affiliated with 
any other organization intending to vote.  The draft Bylaws up at 
https://www.caputo.com/pdb/20151112_PeeringDB_DRAFT_Bylaws.pdf govern 
affiliation as follows:

   - "2.3.2 Members who are affiliated with each other are entitled to a 
     total of one vote upon each issue. "Affiliate" means, with respect to 
     a particular person, any entity that directly or indirectly controls, 
     is controlled by, or is under common control with such person."

If you intend to vote in the November 15th through 30th PeeringDB Initial 
Board election, please respond to this email with answers to the
