[PDB Gov] 2017 infographic update

As part of fundraising, we send an infographic out to perspective and 
renewing sponsors.

Attached is the most recent update, showing 2017 and post-PeeringDB 2.0 
2016 growth, along with end-of-2017 counts.

If you saw a previous version of this with 2016 data, there have been some 
corrections as part of deriving the data in a consistent manner going 
forward.

My thanks to those who helped assemble this, especially Greg Hankins, 
Arnold Nipper, and Stefan Pratter.
