[PDB-tech] recommendations for creation of local peeringdb replica

Hey all!

We previously used dbexport/peeringdb.sql
<https://www.peeringdb.com/dbexport/peeringdb.sql> dumps to create a local
replica of peeringdb data, primarily to improve perf/reliability of systems
requiring frequent/bulk/automated queries. What's the best bet for creating
a local peeringdb replica peeringdb2? Do a get via api for /asn, /fac, /ix,
/ixfac, etc? Curious if there are others out there with the same use-case?
