[PDB Announce] PeeringDB operations update

Dear all,

Today's migration concludes the first milestone of the PeeringDB
Operations Committee, and will improve PeeringDB's overall resiliency
and availability.

I'd like to extend special thanks to Matthew Walster, Stefan Pratter and
Matt Grisworld for taking a leading role in designing the new hosting
environment and overseeing this morning's migration.

I'm also much obliged to NTT Communications for hosting PeeringDB in the
period 2016 - 2018.

Next up for the operations committee is to investigate how to bring
PeeringDB closer to all its users!
