version 1.9.20 has been released to beta.peeringdb.com

Fixed encoding errors during import, which should resolve most - if not 
all - encoding issues in entity names, let us know if we missed any.

WEB UI

   * fixed #60: Broken links when doing advanced search for facilities
   * fixed an issue with signup where CAPTCHA widget would not reset on 
error
   * /net - network contact emails listed in their own column instead of 
making name a link
   * /net - network contact visibility can now be set via editing UI

API / DATA

   * status field is now read-only
   * newly created entities for net,ix and fac will now be set to status 
"pending" until approved by PDB staff
   * fix querying issue where relationship queries would not work on 
some types if a filter suffix was provided (ex.netixlan/net_id__lt=1000)
   * fixed empty status field - will now be always "ok", "pending" or 
"deleted"
   * fixed empty created field
   * /netfac - removed avail_sonet, avail_ether and avail_atm fields
