[PDB-announce] PeeringDB version 2.0 release

PeeringDB is pleased to announce version 2.0 is planned for release on
March 15, 2016.

On that date, the beta site (https://beta.peeringdb.com) will be moved
to production on the main URL (https://www.peeringdb.com).

The version 1 database will be retired simultaneously. The last SQL
dump of the version 1 database will be archived for public consumption
at https://peeringdb.com/v1/dbexport/peeringdb.sql.
