[PDB-announce] PeeringDB 2.0 Release

We are happy to announce the roll-out of PeeringDB 2.0, the new site is 
now up and running at https://www.peeringdb.com

Please note that as of this point the mysql exports will no longer be 
refreshed as they have been replaced by the new shiny RESTful API 
located at https://www.peeringdb.com/api

The final version 1 SQL export has been preserved at 
https://www.peeringdb.com/v1/final_export.sql

* entities that are currently under organizations without owners will 
now display a "Request Ownership" button that will allow you to request 
ownership of an organization.

API / DATA

* /asn endpoint has been removed, use /net?asn=123 instead
