WEB UI

   * fix issue where deleted organizations would still be selectable in 
a user's navigation menu
   * added "Status" link to user navigation that currently goes to the 
verification page
   * users that have already been verified (imported from v1 for 
example) can now send affiliation requests from the verification page 
accessible via the aforementioned Status link
   * org affiliation request: entering an invalid ASN will now return a 
proper validation error instead of an internal error
   * added "Resend Email Confirmation" button to verification page
   * /net: fixed issue where route server URLs would not pass validation 
with ssh and telnet protocols
   * /fac: network count in Local Exchanges listing implemented

API / DATA

   * illegal values for depth, since, skip and limit will now error 
gracefully
   * fix duplicate key issues caused by soft-deleted entities
   * /net: fixed issue where route server URLs would not pass validation
