   * Added preliminary whois and finger support

WEB UI

   * renamed "Status" to "Profile", also clicking your username will now 
take you there as well
   * improvements to the edit forms throughout
   * /net, blank values for traffic levels, ratios and net type will now 
display "Not Disclosed"
   * /net, ratio requirement editing changed to select menu (from check-box)
   * /net, fix issue where adding an exchange point would require both 
ipv4 and ipv6 to be set
   * /net, fix issue where adding an exchange point would not show the 
exchange name until after page reload
   * facility autocomplete will now show address as well as name, and on 
final selection the entire address will be shown beneath the input field
   * fixed an issue where email confirmation page would throw an 
internal error message
