It was intentional, part of the IXF db normalization. Is that breaking

We have the PeeringDB id as a column in our local IX table. To work around
this change, we've had to (manually) add the new id for every record in a a
new column. Nothing too annoying, just wanted to make sure this is indeed
an intended change.
A mapping table would be convenient.
